Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by The Political Rift are produced individually after an order is placed. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or buyer preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement, contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
